Ingredients

1/2 cup soy sauce2 tablespoons brown sugar2 tablespoons vegetable oil2 tablespoons sesame seeds2 teaspoons onion powder2 teaspoons lemon juice1/4 teaspoon ground ginger4 T-bone steaks (about 1 inch thick)

Preparation

In a shallow glass container, combine the first seven ingredients; mix well. Add steaks and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Drain and discard marinade.

Grill steaks, uncovered, over medium heat for 5-7 minutes on each side or until meat reaches desired doneness (for medium-rare, a thermometer should read 135°; medium, 140°; medium-well, 145°).
