Ingredients

1 pound fresh snow peas1/2 cup water2 tablespoons sesame seeds2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce1 tablespoon sesame oil1/8 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

Place the snow peas and water in a microwave-safe bowl. Cover and microwave on high for 6 minutes or until peas are crisp-tender; drain well.

Place the remaining ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid; shake well. Drizzle over snow peas and toss to coat.
