Ingredients

2 tablespoons brown sugar4 teaspoons chili powder2 teaspoons grated lemon zest3/4 teaspoon ground cumin1/2 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon4 salmon fillets (4 ounces each)

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350°. Combine the first 6 ingredients; rub over salmon. Place in an 11x7-in. baking dish coated with cooking spray. Bake, uncovered, until fish flakes easily with a fork, 15-20 minutes.
