2 tilapia fillets (6 ounces each)1 tablespoon butter, melted1 teaspoon Montreal steak seasoning1/2 teaspoon dried parsley flakes1/4 teaspoon paprika1/4 teaspoon dried thyme1/8 teaspoon onion powder1/8 teaspoon salt1/8 teaspoon pepperDash garlic powder
Preparation
Preheat oven to 425°. Place tilapia in a greased 11x7-in. baking dish; drizzle with butter. In a small bowl, mix remaining ingredients; sprinkle over fillets.
Bake, covered, 10 minutes. Uncover; bake until fish just begins to flake easily with a fork, 5-8 minutes.
