Ingredients

1/2 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon dried oregano1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon1/4 teaspoon paprika1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper2 beef T-bone steaks (1 inch thick and 3/4 pound each)

Preparation

Mix seasonings; rub onto steaks.

Grill, covered, over medium heat until meat reaches desired doneness (for medium-rare, a thermometer should read 145°; medium, 160°), 6-8 minutes per side.
