Ingredients
1-1/3 cups water2/3 cup long grain brown rice1 tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce1/2 teaspoon dried basil1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Preparation
In a small saucepan, bring water and rice to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 35-45 minutes or until water is absorbed and rice is tender. Stir in the remaining ingredients.
