Ingredients

1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese1/2 cup mayonnaise1/2 cup blue cheese salad dressing2 tablespoons Buffalo wing sauce1 tablespoon lemon juice8 ounces frozen cooked salad shrimp, thawed and coarsely chopped6 ounces imitation crabmeat, finely chopped1 jar (4 ounces) diced pimientos, drainedBaked pita chips

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350°. Combine first 6 ingredients; fold in shrimp, crab and pimientos. Bake until bubbly, 30-35 minutes. Serve with pita chips.
