Ingredients
1 can (10-1/2 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted1 cup 2% milk2/3 cup condensed cream of potato soup, undiluted1 small onion, chopped1/4 cup butter, melted1 garlic clove, minced1/2 teaspoon pepper1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt8 medium red potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced3 cups cubed fully cooked ham1-1/2 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, combine the first 8 ingredients. Stir in potatoes, ham and cheese. Transfer to a greased 13x9-in. baking dish.
Bake, uncovered, until bubbly and potatoes are tender, 80-90 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
