Ingredients
4 cups fresh or frozen cranberries (about 1 pound)1-1/4 cups sugar1-1/4 cups water4-1/2 cups cubed bread (about 5 slices)1/2 cup raisins1/3 cup butter, melted2 teaspoons grated lemon zest
Preparation
In a large saucepan, combine the cranberries, sugar and water. Cook over medium heat for 12-15 minutes or until berries pop. Remove from the heat; stir in the remaining ingredients.
Transfer to a greased 1-1/2-qt. baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until heated through.
