Ingredients
4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed2 cups water3 large carrots, sliced1 large onion, choppedSalt and pepper to taste4 cups fresh or frozen cut green beans4 cups tomato juice1-1/2 pounds ground beef, cooked and drained2 cups fresh or frozen corn1 teaspoon Italian seasoning1/2 teaspoon garlic powder2 bay leaves
Preparation
In a large saucepan, combine the potatoes, water, carrots, onion, salt and pepper; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 25 minutes or until tender. Add the remaining ingredients.
Cover and simmer 30 minutes longer or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Discard bay leaves.
