Ingredients

2 tablespoons canola oil1 teaspoon minced garlic4 medium zucchini, sliced1 teaspoon dried oregano1/2 teaspoon salt1/8 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

In a large skillet heat oil over medium heat; add garlic. Cook and stir 1 minute. Add zucchini, oregano, salt and pepper. Cook and stir until zucchini is crisp-tender, 4-6 minutes.
