Ingredients

1/4 cup all-purpose flour1/2 teaspoon garlic salt1/4 teaspoon pepper2 beef cube steaks (5 ounces each)1 tablespoon canola oil1/3 cup ketchup1 tablespoon lemon juice1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce3/4 teaspoon ground mustard

Preparation

In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the flour, garlic salt and pepper. Add steaks, one at a time, and shake to coat.

In a large skillet coated with cooking spray, cook steaks in oil over medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side or until no longer pink. Remove and keep warm. Stir in the remaining ingredients; heat through. Serve with steaks.
