Ingredients
1 pound smoked kielbasa or Polish sausage, sliced2 cans (14-1/2 ounces each) diced tomatoes, undrained2 cup water1-1/2 cups uncooked converted rice1 cup salsa1 medium onion1/2 cup chopped green pepper1/2 cup chopped sweet red pepper1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chiles1 envelope taco seasoning
Preparation
In a 3- or 4-qt. slow cooker, combine all ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours or until rice is tender.
