Ingredients

1 pound bulk pork sausage1 can (16 ounces) kidney beans, rinsed and drained1 can (14-1/2 ounces) stewed tomatoes, undrained1 cup uncooked long grain rice1 cup water2/3 cup picante sauce or salsa

Preparation

In a large skillet, crumble sausage. Cook until no longer pink; drain. Add the remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes or until rice is tender.
