Ingredients

1 pound turkey Italian sausage links, casings removed1 medium green pepper, chopped1 small onion, chopped2 cups 1% cottage cheese2 cups shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese1-1/2 cups egg substitute1 cup fat-free milk1 cup reduced-fat biscuit/baking mix1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chiles

Preparation

In a large nonstick skillet, cook sausage, green pepper and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. stir in the remaining ingredients. Pour into a 13x9-in. baking dish coated with cooking spray.

Bake at 350° for 35-40 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting.
