Ingredients

4 cups chicken broth1 pound smoked Polish sausage, cut into 1/2-inch slices1 can (16 ounces) sauerkraut, rinsed and well drained2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms1-1/2 cups cubed peeled potatoes1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted1-1/4 cups chopped onions2 large carrots, sliced2 celery ribs, chopped2 tablespoons white vinegar2 teaspoons dill weed1 teaspoon sugar1/4 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

In a 5-qt. slow cooker, combine all ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours or until vegetables are tender.
