Ingredients
1 cup old-fashioned oats3/4 cup fat-free evaporated milk1 medium onion, chopped1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon chili powder1/4 teaspoon garlic salt1/4 teaspoon pepper1-1/2 pounds lean ground turkeySAUCE:2 cups ketchup1-1/2 cups packed brown sugar1/4 cup chopped onion2 tablespoons Liquid Smoke, optional1/2 teaspoons garlic salt
Preparation
In a large bowl, combine the first seven ingredients. Crumble turkey over mixture and mix well. Shape into 1-in. balls. Place on a rack coated with cooking spray in a shallow baking pan. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 10-15 minutes.
Meanwhile, combine the sauce ingredients; pour over meatballs. Bake 30-35 minutes longer or until meat is no longer pink.
