Ingredients

1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt1/4 cup salsa1/4 teaspoon pepper2 cans (5 ounces each) reduced-sodium chunk white tuna, drained and flaked1 cup frozen corn, thawed1 cup chopped green pepperLettuce leaves, optional

Preparation

In a large bowl, combine the yogurt, salsa and pepper. Stir in the tuna, corn and green pepper. Serve in a lettuce-lined bowl if desired.
